Pizza Crust Shawns Favorite

NOTES : Best to use Bob's 1-1 gluten free flour for this one. This is our favorite GF dough of all time.
3/4 Cup Warm Water, (110-120f)
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1.5 Teaspoon Yeast (or One Packet)
2 Cup Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Large Egg
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Cider Vinegar
1) Preheat to 450f
2)Mix water, sugar, yeast and let sit for 5 minutes or until it looks foamy.
3)mix flour and salt, add in egg and olive oil
4)mix on low speed 1 min.
5)using an oiled spatula, tranfer the dough to the pizza container
6)Bake for 8-10 mins
7)Add toppings and bake an additional 8-10 minutes
